Admission Requirements
The NeuroAffective Touch® Training welcomes mental health, somatic, and bodywork professionals. We welcome psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers, interns, and students in these fields. We also welcome somatic psychotherapists and certified bodywork and massage therapists, as well as counselors, nurses, health practitioners, and coaches who wish to integrate body and mind in the resolution of emotional trauma and relational deficits.
All applications are reviewed as it is our goal to provide a safe and proficient learning environment for all attendees.
Registration
Registration is a two-step process:
1. An application that allows us to know you and make sure that the training will be a good fit for you.
2. A tuition payment that secures your place in the training.
The process of evaluating your application is contingent on our receiving both your application and tuition payment. We may want a short conversation with you to ensure that our training is a good fit. You will then receive a final email confirmation of your acceptance in the training. If we assess that the training is not a good fit, you will receive a full refund.
Professional Liability Insurance
For students practicing in the United States: Due to the nature of the NeuroAffective Touch® Training and for your own protection, students are required to carry professional liability insurance that specifically details the inclusion of massage, bodywork, or somatic work. If you do not have such insurance or your professional liability insurance does not include massage, bodywork, or somatic work, please amend your policy or purchase insurance at ABMP or Bodywork Insurance. If you are not in a position to obtain professional liability insurance, please contact our office.
For international students: If you are attending a training in the United States, please contact our office at victor@neuroaffectivetouch.com
For trainings outside the United States: Please contact the local coordinator.

CE Requirements
CE credits are not available at this time. We are actively working on offering CE credits.
Missed Attendance
Sometimes life gets in the way, so a module not attended at the time of the live stream can be made up by viewing the recorded video. A 500-word reflection paper is required. Only one of the three Foundation Training online modules can be attended via recording. A module taken via recording is purchased for the same tuition fee as a live-streamed module.
Certificates of Attendance and Completion
A Certificate of Attendance is awarded for the completion of the online Foundation Training Modules 1, 2, and 3. A Certificate of Completion is awarded for completion of the Foundation Training In-Person Touch Intensive Module 4.
