Admission Requirements
The NeuroAffective Touch® Training welcomes mental health, somatic, and bodywork professionals. We welcome psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers, interns, and students in these fields. We also welcome somatic psychotherapists and certified bodywork and massage therapists, as well as counselors, nurses, health practitioners, and coaches who wish to integrate body and mind in the resolution of emotional trauma and relational deficits.
All applications are reviewed as it is our goal to provide a safe and proficient learning environment for all attendees.
Registration
Registration is a two-step process:
1. An application that allows us to get to know you. We may want to have a short conversation with you to ensure that our training is a good fit.
2. A tuition payment. Once your application is approved, you will receive a link to the tuition payment. Your place in the training is not reserved until we receive your tuition payment.
Professional Liability Insurance
For students practicing in the United States: Due to the nature of the NeuroAffective Touch Training and for your protection, students must carry professional liability insurance that specifically details the inclusion of massage, bodywork, or somatic work. If you do not have such insurance or your professional liability insurance does not include massage, bodywork, or somatic work, please amend your policy or purchase insurance at ABMP, Bodywork Insurance, or Hands-on Trade Association Insurance. If you are not in a position to obtain professional liability insurance, please get in touch with our office.
For international students: If you are attending a training in the United States, please get in touch with our office at victor@neuroaffectivetouch.com
For trainings outside the United States: Contact the local coordinator.
