The NeuroAffective Touch® Training welcomes mental health, somatic, and bodywork professionals. We welcome psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers, and interns and students in these fields. We also welcome somatic psychotherapists and certified bodywork and massage therapists, as well as counselors, nurses, health practitioners, and coaches who wish to integrate body and mind in the resolution of emotional trauma and relational deficits.
All applications are reviewed as it is our goal to provide a safe and proficient learning environment for all attendees.
Registration is a two-step process:
1. An application that allows us to know you and make sure that the training will be a good fit for you.
2. A tuition payment that secures your place in the training.
The process of evaluating your application is contingent on our receiving both your application and tuition payment. We may want a short conversation with you to ensure that our training is a good fit. You will then receive a final email confirmation of your acceptance in the training. If we assess that the training is not a good fit, you will receive a full refund.
The Foundation Training consists of three 4-day modules. Modules must be taken in sequence.
Tuition is $945 per 4-day module with an early registration discount of $870 (a saving of $75) available for tuition received up to approximately one month prior to a training start date.
A package tuition discount of $2,500 (a saving of $335) is available for attendees who wish to purchase all three modules at once.
Professional Liability Insurance
For students practicing in the United States: Due to the nature of the NeuroAffective Touch® Training and for your own protection, students are required to carry professional liability insurance that specifically details the inclusion of massage, bodywork, or somatic work. If you do not have such insurance or your professional liability insurance does not include massage, bodywork, or somatic work, please amend your policy or purchase insurance at ABMP or Bodywork Insurance. If you are not in a position to obtain professional liability insurance, please contact our office.
For international students: If you are attending a training in the United States, please contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org
For trainings outside the United States: Please contact the local coordinator.
CE credits are available for the majority of US trainings and workshops. Visit the CE Credits page for availability. CE credit is awarded for the completion of live training modules or workshops. Participants must have paid a tuition fee, signed in and out on a daily basis, attended the entire seminar, and completed an evaluation in order to receive a CE certificate. Failure to sign in or out will result in forfeiture of credit for the entire course. No exceptions can be made. Partial credit is not available.
Due to the hands-on approach, it is important not to miss any of the live training modules. Sometimes life gets in the way, so if you need to miss all or part of a training module you can take it by video. A complete module taken via video is purchased for the same fee as a live module. The Certificate of Completion is awarded to those who have completed the modules live with no more than one module via video.
At this time no CE credits are available for modules by video.
Certificate of Completion
A Certificate of Completion is awarded for completion of the Foundation Training. Students must have completed all training modules (one module only can be taken via video).
