- Self-directed touch. To meet the needs of many practitioners who offer online sessions, we include a focus on self-directed touch and self-care protocols
- Guidance for establishing a personal Somatic Contemplative Practice. The contemplative practice offers in-depth interoceptive experience of your own body to better help you teach clients how to work somatically
- Dyad practices, clinical discussions, Q&A, and assistant-led integration breakouts
- Review of all theoretical material in preparation for hands-on practice
- Hands-on detailed demos and dyad practice
- Online 50-minute exchange sessions with a cohort colleague, with a 10-minute debrief. A total of three exchange sessions to be held at a time of your choice following Modules 1, 2, and 3
- You may choose a practice partner, or Laura will pair you with a compatible practice partner, preferably in your time zone
- A one-page reflection paper on your experience as session practicer and as receiver
- Questions arising from your online sessions can be brought to the Cohort Case Consultations
- Cohort Case Consultations are held following Modules 1, 2, and 3 to help you clinically anchor theory and practice
- These three Case Consultations are included in your tuition and count towards the NeuroAffective Touch Practitioner Certification
