We understand that circumstances can change, and occasionally participants may need to withdraw from or transfer their training. Because NeuroAffective Touch® programs are limited-space, cohort-based experiences, each enrollment represents a significant commitment of faculty time and administrative support.
The following policy is designed to balance flexibility for participants with the logistical and financial commitments required to offer these high-quality learning experiences.
This policy applies to all NeuroAffective Touch® trainings, programs, modules, workshops, consultations, case consultations, practicums, and online presentations (collectively, “Training”).
Training Information & Capacity
NeuroAffective Touch® trainings are cohort-based, experiential learning experiences intentionally offered with limited enrollment to support the depth, safety, and integrity of the work.
Enrollment is considered confirmed only after registration, and either full tuition payment or an approved payment plan has been completed.
To support effective cohort planning, NeuroAffective Touch® reserves the right to establish enrollment deadlines to guarantee a participant’s place in a training. Unconfirmed spaces may be released to other accepted applicants after the stated deadline.
Training Format Definitions
For the purposes of this policy, trainings are categorized as follows:
Hybrid Online Modules
Live or recorded online training modules (Hybrid Foundation Training, Modules 1–3).
In-Person Trainings
All in-person Parts and Modules, including:
- In-Person Part One
- In-Person Part Two
- Hybrid Module 4
Because in-person trainings involve advance commitments for venues, faculty, staffing, materials, and other logistical expenses, refund policies for these trainings are necessarily more restricted than those for online modules.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Hybrid Online Modules (Modules 1–3)
21 or more days before the module start date
- Full refund, less:
- Payment processing fees
- $125 nonrefundable administrative withdrawal fee
20–0 days before the module start date
- 75% refund, less:
- Payment processing fees
- $125 nonrefundable administrative withdrawal fee
After the module has begun
- No refunds will be issued.
Refunds are not available for:
- Missed sessions
- Partial attendance
In-Person Trainings
(In-Person Part One, Part Two & Hybrid Module 4)
45 or more days before the training start date
- Full refund, less:
- Payment processing fees
- $125 nonrefundable administrative withdrawal fee
44–21 days before the training start date
- 50% refund, less:
- Payment processing fees
- $125 nonrefundable administrative withdrawal fee
20–0 days before the training start date
- No refunds will be issued.
Refunds are not available for:
- No-shows
- Early departure
- Missed training days
- Partial attendance
These policies reflect the significant planning, financial commitments, and limited enrollment required to provide an immersive, in-person learning experience.
Advance Payments for Multi-Part Trainings
If tuition has been paid in advance for multiple modules or training parts:
- Refunds apply only to future, unstarted modules or training parts and are subject to the policies above.
- Completed or in-progress modules or training parts are nonrefundable.
Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future offering.
Please note:
- A $125 transfer fee applies to all approved transfers.
- Transfer requests must be submitted using the official NeuroAffective Touch® Withdrawal & Transfer Request Form.
- Transfers are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Tuition rates are adjusted annually. Participants are responsible for any difference in tuition when transferring to a future cohort or training location.
Administrative Information
To ensure requests are processed accurately and consistently:
- All withdrawal and transfer requests must be submitted using the official NeuroAffective Touch® Withdrawal & Transfer Request Form.
- Requests submitted by email, phone, or other methods cannot be processed.
- A withdrawal or transfer is considered complete only after the request form has been received and processed by the NeuroAffective Touch® administrative team.
- Payment processing fees, including Stripe, PayPal, and other banking fees, are nonrefundable.
- Submission of a Withdrawal & Transfer Request Form initiates the review process but does not guarantee approval. All requests remain subject to this policy and training availability.
